Banana Bar Treats

Banana Bar Treats

1 small ripe banana
1 egg
1 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup wholemeal flour
2tbs mixed seed or millet
1/2 cup water

Blend all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Spread the mixture on to a clean microwaveable plate.
Microwave on high heat for 3 to 3/12 minutes.
Remove from microwave and allow to cool.
Once cool, cut in to strips and serve.
This is not suitable for freezing but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
